Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders. All returns must be approved by one of our customer service representatives before shipping the product back to Venari Steel.

Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with the purchase, but would rather have a different model, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds upon receipt of your return. By placing a new order will ensure you will get the new item quickly with a better chance it will not go out of stock in the meantime.

Please use the CONTACT US form below to obtain your return materials authorization (RMA) number. Simply fill in the requested information below and we will respond within 1-2 business days with your RMA. If you do not have your order number or prefer to contact us using a different method please feel free to email us at [email protected] or call us at 903-662-8897 during normal business hours and we will gladly take care of you.

Write your RMA number on the outside of your package. Please use a return ship method best suited to you and choose a shipping carrier that will provide you tracking information and insurance. We cannot be responsible for your return until it is received at our distribution center
